What if my phone dies? How will I unlock the door?
Not to fear! A master key will be held onsite by the retail centre's security, or if you can borrow a phone from someone to call 1800 PMINDA, our staff will be on call 24/7 and can open the door remotely. All pets need to be registered and have their owner's name and phone number on the account which the security team can cross-check with your identification card.
How can I be sure that my pet is safe from infections and diseases?
All pods are cleaned daily by Petminda staff with F10 Veterinary Grade disinfectant wipes. On top of the UVC sterilisation process which kills 99.9% of bacteria in the pods between uses, all pets are required to have their vaccinations and be dewormed prior to using the pet pods. This prevents any diseases from spreading between their owners or other animals.
Are the pet pods easy to steal or damage?
No, they are not, as the pet pods are bolted to the ground and made with high-quality reinforced fiberglass. Additionally, the pet pod locations will have CCTV monitoring for extra security.
What happens if the pet soils the pod?
Pet owners are required to clean up after their pet with the sanitary products provided on site. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee. Photos are taken throughout each use for evidence. The pods will be locked until the retailers on site can attend.
What happens if there is a power outage?
In the event of a power outage, the battery backup with start and the pod will remain operational. There is also a master key held on site by the centre security/retail management to assist the users in collecting their animal if any issues arise.
Can anyone access the pod?
The secure pet pods can only be unlocked through the app from the user's account, which prevents your pet from being stolen or harmed in any way.
